It is a two-story wood frame house on a raised platform and lattice foundation.  The interior retains much of the original materials including: oak flooring, wood paneling, and coffered ceiling. The Albert R. "Sonny" Cunha House is significant for its association with Sonny Cunha the Hawaii musician, composer and politician who played an important role in promoting and popularizing hapa haole style songs in the early 20th century. Address 1407 Koko Head Avenue, Honolulu, HI 96816 TMK (1) 3-3-008:030 SHPD Historic Site Number 80-14-9018 Abstract The Soares Residence was built in 1926. This two-story residence has a hip shaped roof, wide overhanging eaves, an upper story with board and batten walls and a lower story of double-wall construction with exterior wood shingles. The interior retains many detailed features of the original structure including paneled wainscoting, a paneled ceiling, crown moulding and decorative hardware. The Antonio Victorino Soares and Arcenia Fernandes Soares Residence is significant as an intact example of the "Hawaiian Style" bungalow built in Hawaii in the 1920s and 1930s. The property is situated in a modest Kaimuki suburban development. The Henry Ho Court is significant as one of the original historic courtyards in the Kaimuki district. It is also significant as a good example of the Craftsman Bungalow style of architecture adapted for Hawaii. Address 3704 Anuhea Street, Honolulu, HI 96816 TMK (1) 3-3-016:066 SHPD Historic Site Number 80-14-9008 Abstract The Lemon Wond Holt Residence, built in 1932, is a two-story, fantasy picturesque style house sited on a 5,936 square foot lot. A lava rock retaining wall, rising approximately eight feet high dominates the street frontage. The expansive, double wall, balloon frame house sits on a lava rock foundation and is characterized by a prominent, playful roofline; off-center portico with a skewed gable roof; and fanciful Tudoresque applied ornamentation. The Lemon Wond Holt Residence is significant as a good example of a modestly detailed, fantasy picturesque style residence constructed in Hawaii in the period of the late 1920s, early 1930s, and also for its associations with the Holts, a prominent Hawaiian family in Honolulu. The foundation is built primarily of lava rock and the structure has a steeply pitched front-facing gable roof. The Crutchfield Residence is significant as a representation of the urban expansion and residential development of Maunalani Heights and as a modest example of Tudor Revival style architecture. The structure is double wall, balloon frame construction on a lava rock foundation. The Joseph and Jean Skorpen Residence is significant as a good example of a Dean Lake residence constructed in Hawaii in the period of the late 1920s and early 1930s. In addition, it is significant for its associations with the development of Maunalani Heights, and the Skorpens who were prominent in the field of education in Honolulu.
