Started in 1975, the Preservation Awards are our longest-running program. Annually, we showcase the depth and strength of efforts by people in our communities to perpetuate and share the historic places of Hawai‘i. This year’s program included the Awards presentation and slideshow, congratulatory messages from our sponsors, followed by an exclusive interview with photographer David Franzen, the Frank Haines Award honoree for Lifetime Achievement.
