Abstract
Built in 1931, this two-story house has a double pitched “Hawaiian style” roof and a lava rock/post and pier foundation. The interior of the house features an open beam ceiling with king posts and a corner lava rock fireplace. The Osorio Investment Property is significant as a good example of a “Hawaiian style” cottage constructed in the 1920s – 1930s period. It was designed by Lewers & Cooke architect Ray Morris.
