Address 39 and 55 Ululani Street, Hilo, Hawaii 96720 TMK (3) 2-3-014:002 SHPD Historic Site Number 10-35-1101 Abstract The Michael Victor Houses are two dwellings sitting on adjacent lots. The older of the two houses, 39 Ululani Street, was constructed in 1906. It is a one-story frame building sitting about five feet above grade on wood piers with stone footings. 55 Ululani Street dates between 1907 and 1914 and mirrors the floor plan of its neighbor. The Victor Houses are architecturally significant as good examples of turn-of-the-century, vernacular housing in Hilo. They embody the distinctive characteristics of a type, period, and method of construction.

Address 13-6314 Kalapana Kapoho Beach Road TMK (3) 1-3-004:018 SHPD Historic Site Number 10-55-7384 Abstract The Opihikao Evangelical Church Residence is a single story, frame swelling with a corrugated iron hipped roof. The house is sited on a large, flat, highly vegetated parcel of land which has a stone wall encircling it. The residence stands as a rare example of a middle-class nineteenth-century Hawaii homesite in the Puna district. Its floor plan and use of materials make it a good example of a modest late-Victorian cottage built in Hawaii. The property is also significant for its associations with the development of the Congregational Church in Opihikao and the community in general. Address 65-1291 Kawaihae Road, Kamuela, Hawaii 96743 TMK (3) 6-5-003:042 SHPD Historic Site Number 10-06-7520 Abstract The Old Lindsey House is a single-story residence sited well back from the highway. The house was  moved south fifty feet and east fifty feet, however if remains in the same orientation and condition as originally built. The residence is one of three remaining structures on this two-acre site. The Lindsey House is significant as a remarkably intact example of the vernacular architecture that dotted the sloped landscape in this area of Hawaii. It is further significant for its association with Parker Ranch and the Lindsey family, both major forces influencing the development of this area. Address 64-810 Mamalahoa Highway, Kamuela, Hawaii 96743 TMK (3) 6-4-001:045 SHPD Historic Site Number 10-06-7456 Abstract The Kawabata Homestead Family House has a simple rectangular plan, double-pitched gable roof, and a front porch. The walls are board and batten on two facades and cedar shingles on the weather-facing facades. The house was moved in May of 2005. The house is significant as a fine example of a vernacular Hawaiian Paniolo-style cowboy homestead.
