HHF strongly recommends that applicants prepare all submittal requirements in advance, including responses to narrative sections; saving, labeling and formatting all photographs and other attachments; and completing the budget and photograph worksheets. Once all materials are ready and saved, then begin the online submittal form. Information may be copied and pasted from the applicant’s prepared documents. Form entries can be saved for later edits or completion.

PLEASE NOTE: For security reasons, attachments cannot be stored with saved forms. Please wait to upload all attachments until you have finalized your responses and are ready to submit.

Download the Excel spreadsheet and fill in budget information. Include the total project budget, with amounts requested, funds from other sources, in-kind contributions, and anticipated expenses.

Attach a minimum of five (5) high resolution photographs illustrating aspects of the project. Include at least one map of the proposed project location, at least one image of the historic property in large view and at least one image showing the area of proposed preservation project. Other photos may include images showing various interior and exterior views. Attach the Excel spreadsheet with photo numbers and information.

Download the Excel template and input the following information for each photograph submitted: Name of Site/Project/Program, Caption/Description, and Photographer.
