Abstract
The Bon residence meets the register Criteria C. Architecturally, the Bon residence is of artistic value and is one of the few remaining examples of the Craftsman style homes that existed in this area. It holds distinctive characteristics of a type, period and method of construction. This house is significant on the local level for the period of 1911 when the lot was purchased and the residence was constructed. Most of the original material and features of the home remain today.
