Abstract
Built in 1931, the Crutchfield Residence is a two story structure with two asymmetrical sections connected by a covered breezeway. The foundation is built primarily of lava rock and the structure has a steeply pitched front-facing gable roof. The Crutchfield Residence is significant as a representation of the urban expansion and residential development of Maunalani Heights and as a modest example of Tudor Revival style architecture.
