Project Narrative

A. Describe the applicant *

Is the project proponent an individual, business, organization or non-profit organization? What is its mission, goals, purpose and role in the community? Who will be involved in the project? [2500 characters]

B. Describe the property or feature that will be preserved or beautified *

Where is it located and what is its historic or community significance? [2500 characters]

C. Describe the proposed project *

What is the need or threat to be addresses? What are the goals of the project? What actions will be taken? If a preservation professional has been selected, provide the name and qualifications for overseeing the work. [5000 characters]

Photographs

Download the Excel template and input the following information for each photograph submitted: Name of Site/Project/Program, Caption/Description, and Photographer. When complete, upload the file during the online submission process.

Photo files should be consolidated into a .zip file and uploaded during the online submission process.

Attach a minimum of five (5) photographs illustrating aspects of the project. Include at least one image showing the historic property in large view and at least one image showing the area of proposed project. Other photos may include images showing various interior and exterior views. Add as many photos as necessary to describe the project.

Budget

Download the Excel spreadsheet and complete budget information. Include the total project budget, with amounts requested, funds from other sources, and in-kind contributions, and anticipated expenses. Upload the file during the submission process.
