Abstract
Yee/Tom Court consists of four small single-story Bungalow style with “Hawaiian Regional” influence homes in a courtyard setting situated in a modest Kapahulu suburban development at the mauka side of the base of Diamond Head. The house  sits on a small 9,377 square foot lot. It is located on the corner of Trousseau and Wela Streets; with three of the four houses having direct access to the road. There are three separate driveways and parking areas on the perimeter of the lot which leaves the center area between the houses open for lush vegetation and circuitous walking pathways. The character of the site is further enhanced by the fact that the houses are not identical although the house layouts and sizes vary, the construction details are very similar.
