Rick Piper

Senior Development Officer, Straub Foundation

After attending Punahou School, Mr. Piper earned his BA in Anthropology (Historical Archaeology) from Arizona State University. Upon moving back to Honolulu, he worked for 12 years in both commercial and residential real estate. Safe to say, he has been in probably most of the historic homes and buildings on the island!

From 2007 through 2015 Mr. Piper was the Senior Business Development Manager at ProService Hawai‘i. He’s been at Straub Foundation since April, 2015 and is currently enrolled in the MBA at Chaminade University in Nonprofit/public/organizational management and leadership. He has served on a number of boards and was a co-0founder of ART after DARK at the Honolulu Museum of Art. His interests include outdoor sports, art, cooking and enjoying what Hawai‘i has to offer.  He is serving his second term on the board.
