Built in 1923, Fred Harrison Rental Property is a one and a half story, shiplap sided, vernacular style house. The structure is on a post and pier foundation. The Fred Harrison Rental Property is architecturally significant at the local level as a good example of a dwelling constructed as a middle class rental property.
